Ter Steege

The round mark is applied by the firm Ter Steege (Rijssen, 1933-now). Ter Steege bought porcelain, many of it in Germany, and decorated it with Dutch scenes. 'Hand-decorated' in the mark indicates the decoration is not handpainted, but applied with a printing technique. Ter Steege still produces ceramics, mainly for the souvenir market.
