This plate has been made with the depiction of the Old Church in Delft. But the year code and painters initials are very difficult to read

What a wonderful decoration of the canal which we call the 'Oude Delft' with the Old Church in the background. This plate was made by the ceramic factory de Porceleyne Fles, which still exists (Royaldelft.com). Like you, I think the marks are hard to read. I couldn't find the artist but I think the yearletters might be AS for 1923.
