Uw bord met de prachtige pauw is van de Maastrichtse aardewerkfabriek P. Regout/De Sfinx, zoals ook te lezen valt in het merk. Het bord is dus niet in Delft gemaakt. Het is ook niet met de hand geschilderd. Regout is juist bekend om haar drukdecors (transferprints). Het merk is vanaf 1948 gebruikt en is daarna lange tijd gevoerd. Het is dus te dateren in de 2e helft van de 20ste eeuw.
