Your vase was produced by the Porceleyne Fles factory in Delft, probably in the second half of the 20th century. It does not have the usual date letters, so we cannot be certain. Maybe the factory themselves can help you further.
In 1978 the Porceleyne Fles Factory celebrated their 325th birthday. To celebrate this a new type of black delftware with a painting of red, green, blue, yellow and white paints was designed. One of the available vases was exactly shaped like this one. It is only missing the decorations. After about 25 years the production ended, so I believe your piece can be dated between 1978 and 2009.
