Your vase was produced by one of the pottery factories in the southern Dutch city of Maastricht, probably the Societé Ceramique. This factory mainly used the so called transfer technique to decorate their objects. This technique, comparable to stamping the decoration, allowed for a faster and cheaper production. The vase was made around 1900.
