I am trying to find out what the markings on the base mean. So far I can't find any corresponding marks via research. I'm interested in dating this piece, and if possible when it was made and by whom.

Royal Goedewaagen is a company producing in the manner of Delftware. Not authentic Delftware though. Probably produced in or around the 1980’s.
