Decorative China plate with “Delft” mark on rear - holes for hanging. Color and design slightly crude

I’m trying to figure out if this is a genuine Delft piece (I have my doubts) and if so what year.

The plate was produced at Potterie Oud Delft. They were founded in 1920 in the city of Nijmegen and later moved to  Waddinxveen. Sadly, but you already had the feeling, this is not original Delftware.
