Vraag

Ik vond dit bord op een rommelmarkt. Ik dacht dat het misschien Delfts zou kunnen zijn? de merktekens T.B. zijn mij onbekend. Er zijn nogal wat schilfers af (mogelijk door bevestigingsklemmen) en fouten in het baksel.
