Royal Tichelaar Makkum, Friesland, ca. 1670-now (mark applied since 1895).
In the Royal Tichelaar mark two crossed T's can be discerned. These are included from the earliest known applications. Later, these are framed by a shield, sometimes crowned by the world Makkum or Holland. Besides that, the initals or sign of the painter can be included.
