It is made by Keramiekfabriek Velsen te Sassenheim, the factory mark on your vase was introduced after the second world war. However the condition is very good and looks like new so I think it's made in the late 20th century or even in the early 21st century. It's not antique I am afraid and it's also not classified as original Delftware.
Verdict:
Not Delftware
Analysis:
Not made in Delft
The term Delftware is only used for earthenware actually produced in Delft.
