Dear Victoria, thank you for the foto's of the large pedestal vase and cover. The mark, decoration and material point to a European production center outside of the Netherlands. Unfortunately I cannot help you identifying the mark, it is unknown to me. Perhaps visitors of this website will recognize it and could help you further. 
Is there an inscription along the outer foot rim? could you add a photo of this? thank you!
