Hello,

Your bowl is made in the 20th century by OUD Delft which is a company that was based in Nijmegen. Unfortunately it is not authentic Delftware but I wouldn't classify it as a cheap knock-off for the tourist trade either. Delft is not a protected name and there are a few companies outside Delft that produced the Delft style earthenware.

Any sense of how old it might be ? I think my mother-in-law acquired it on a European trip, maybe 1950's.

OUD Delft started to use the mark that's on your bowl from 1935 so you're probably not far off with your estimation.
