Hello,
Your vase is made by the Porceleyne Fles in 1922 (year code AR) by J. van Lijnschoten who painted between 1889 and 1935.
Regarding the rarity, in the book Royal Delft A guide to de Porceleyne Fles by Rick Erickson this type of vase with a lion head is given rarity 2 which means it’s uncommon (rarity 1 is the most rare):
Delftware, but made after 1850
After 1850, the earthenware production technique changed at the only remaining pottery in Delft. This technique goes beyond the scope of this website.
