Does anyone recognize this mark or pattern.?
I BELIEVE it is an immatation of Delft ware made by COOK Pottery . Wanting to know a time period and if anyone knows anything else about it ,

It is made by Mellor & Company, Cook Pottery Company in New Jersey. The Pattern is called 'Avon' and I believe it dates from around 1900, but I am not sure until when the pattern has been made.
