Analysis:

The signature on the front is n. L. Apol, which means naar L. Apol (after L. Apol), a famous Dutch 19th century painter. The mark on the back is unfamiliar to me. Most likely this isn't made in Delft and it certainly isn't traditional Delftware made between 1620 - 1850. Maybe another user recognizes the mark on the back.

Thank you Famke, it was int my mothers belongings when she passed a way and she did have a habbit of keeping things her mother owned so it got to be 100+ y/o and she is of Dutch indo decent, maybe that will help.
