How did you get to the Friesland attribution? It anyway is not Delftware in the sense that it wasn't made in Delft and certainly not between 1650 - 1850.
Thanks Mr. Aronson for your reply. I assumed it was from Friesland since it came from my Frisian born grandmother. Since the number is written European style I assume it is not from the US. It has a distinctive factory mark and I don’t know where else to find experts on the subject. It is early 20th century.
