I recently purchased these 2x oak framed landscape friezes. I know the artist on both is VP- Petrus Vreeswijk. Just trying to decipher the date on the 4 tiled one.

What is the date on the 4 tile frieze. Is it a Q? The 5 tile frieze is a S - 1897.

It very much looks like a q indeed so 1895.
