Merk:

The plate is not original (17th-18th) century Delftware, but was made in Delft by the pottery factory De Porceleyne Fles (currently Royal Delft). The letters CL refer to the year in which it was made, 1967. The letters RSA are the painter's initials, but I have not been able to identify them.
