What this ís is difficult to tell, but it is not Delftware and certainly not antique. Delftware as a style is made all over the Netherlands (still) and a lot of it is for tourist trade/export. The marks 'Delft', 'Made in Holland' etc. are very strong signs that something is in fact not Delftware.
