Thanks for the response, Franky. It certainly may be German instead of Dutch. I hadn’t considered that, but it makes sense given the lack of typical Delft markings. However, it is definitely hand painted and not transferware. I can see brush marks in the decoration, and Handmalerei translates to hand-painted, not handmade.
