Plate With Spur Marks

A plate with an off white glaze and cobalt blue decorations (primitive look). Chips revel that it is earthenware. The bottom is glazed and has spur marks. There are no other markings.

Certainly earthenware ! Origin European, 19th century, in my humble opinion .
