This plaque was made by " Tichelaars Makummer Aardewerk en Tegelfabriek" around 1900. 
Makkum is a small village in the province of Friesland (North );

Golden delft tulip vases

Probably a product of the "Samson" manufactory in Paris . Famous for their high quality reproductions of porcelain and delftware, often with fake marks ( 1920-50)

Hier zie je goed dat het merk werd overschilderd door de restaurator in de tijd. Ik zou deze overschildering verwijderen.
