Small hand-painted blue-and-white ceramic pitcher/ewer, approximately 6 inches tall. The piece has a pale blue-white glazed ground with freehand cobalt decoration depicting architectural/landscape scenes and a fantastic dragon- or griffin-like creature. It has an unusual applied sculptural handle with additional looped decorative elements.
The underside bears a hand-painted blue mark or monogram. I am uncertain of its intended orientation and initially wondered whether it might be intended to read vertically, so I have included photographs of the mark in multiple orientations.
The ceramic body visible at areas of loss appears buff/tan in color. Condition is generally good, with a small chip at the rim/spout and a small chip/loss at the foot. I have not observed any major cracks or repairs.
Can anyone identify the maker/factory, approximate date, and origin of this small hand-painted pitcher? The base has a hand-painted mark, but I cannot determine its correct orientation, so I have included the mark rotated in all four directions. I initially wondered whether the mark was intended to be read vertically. The pitcher is approximately 6 inches tall and has a small chip at the rim/spout and another at the foot. I would particularly like to know whether this is Dutch Delftware or another European or Asian ceramic tradition.

In my opinion this is 19th century Italian (Southern-Europ) earthenware .

I agree with mr. Maes. I think the mark belongs to a factory in Savona.
