The book Delfts Aardewerk - Geschiedenis van een nationaal product - deel 2 - Marion S. van Aken-Fehmers and Loet A. Schledorn, page 252, Item 70 - Strooibus, mentions a balluster shaped pepper box on a silver oil- and vinegar cruet set.

The Christies stand is a different one from mine. If you look closely the decoration is slightly different.
It is nice to know there are at least two of them that have survived over the last 300 years.
Mine was purchased from France.
It will be a nice project to complete the interior as it should be

Dear Jan,
I was a little bit too quick to jump to a conclusion! These two stands are quite a lot alike.
Anyways, I found in the book "Delffse Porceleyne" (English version) by Jan Daniel van Dam, a large monogrammed service from Lambertus Cleffius, owner of "Dethe Metaale Pot" before Lambertus van Eenhoorn.
It has two casters and one pitcher. The pitcher only fits into the pointy part of the stand.
If you look on the internet for 5 piece cruet sets of around 1700, in silver, you will find many examples. Delftware seemed to copy silver a lot of times. Therefor, if you can figure out what went into these silver sets, you should be able to find the true content of your set!

Very nice Christies cruet stand. Besides oil and vinegar, my best guess would be a sugar caster, a pepper shaker and maybe a salt cellar.
This set at Boijmans Van Beuningen has a sugar caster as well: www.geheugenvannederland.nl/?/nl/items/BVB02:A2249A-E/&p=1&i=6&t=10&st=olie azijnstel&sc=(cql.serverChoice all olie AND azijnstel)/&wst=olie azijnstel
