Your ceramic dish with handle (rope ear) was made by Plateelbakkerij Flora in Stolwijkersluis / Gouda, province of South Holland, hand painted, the mark is stamped, circa 1945-1950, greeting jvdh.

  • Not Delftware

  • More recent production technique After 1850, factories in and outside Holland developed more efficient and cheaper production techniques. This goes beyond the scope of this website. Read more
