The back of your sign says handpainted but that is only partly correct, most of it is silkscreen and less is brushwork. There is no factory hallmark, so it cannot be traced, regardless of whether the company still exists. Birth plates are made (hand painted, underglaze painting) at the Porceleyne Fles in Delft, see: royaldelft.com greeting jvdh.
