The ceramic part of your brooch was made at Plateelbakkerij 'Schoonhoven' in Schoonhoven, province of South Holland, the Netherlands, hand-painted, around the fifties/sixties of the last century, the image shows the lion with sword and seven arrows from the coat of arms of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, greetings jvdh.
Hello and thank you for the explanation of the Lion Rampant! 😄 The Delft piece can't be later than 1953, as the sword mark is from 1906-1953. I thought the factory was Schoonhoven, but now I'm certain.
Verdict:
Not Delftware
Analysis:
Not made in Delft
The term Delftware is only used for earthenware actually produced in Delft.

An important characteristic of authentic Delftware is that it is hand-painted. Printing techniques do not occur on this earthenware.

I know it was not made in Delft ( 😊). The mark on the Delft piece is from the Schoonhoven fabriek as verified by the other commenter. I know it is hand painted. The silver brooch was made between 1906-1953 according to the Dutch sword mark seen in the photo.
