This has been made by Matthijs de Wit from Gouda.

The abbreviation MDEW on Gouda pottery stands for Aardewerkfabriek M. de Wit, a ceramics factory that was active in Gouda from 1961 to 2000. The factory was founded by Matthijs de Wit and produced, among other things, Delft Blue and pottery in the characteristic Gouda style. In 2000, the company was taken over by Aardewerkfabriek Montagne.

kind regards Franky
