They aren't made in Delft. Unfortunately I can't identify the mark. Based on style, painting and overall appearance, I would date them in the second half of the 20th century.

This looks like French pottery Fourmaintraux Frères to me, but I could be wrong. Look up the marks of this factory, maybe you will find a match! Best wishes.
