LPK is short for De Lampetkan, a factory in the center of Delft. It ran between 1609 and 1811.
This plate is from the second half of the 18th century.
Sometimes the items are marked LPkan

Jeroen, thank you so much. I found this plate in a not very noticeable spot in a booth of an antiques emporium 1 mile from my home here in Raleigh, North Carolina. It was only $40!
