The front is hand painted in a floral design

This plate was made by the Porceleyne Fles from Delft, the only Delft factory still active today. Painted in 1931 by W. van Baarsel, who painted there from 1893 to 1945. The A means that this was a less successful design that was sold a bit cheaper.
