These are (French ?) modern copies with a fake mark .

Unfortunately:

  • wrong marks
  • flaring in blue color
  • bottom rim too wide
  • wrong biscuit
  • wrong glaze

Paint work quite good though!

Probably a product of the "Samson" manufactory in Paris . Famous for their high quality reproductions of porcelain and delftware, often with fake marks ( 1920-50)
