I suspect this is an English earthenware garlic-neck or garlic-mouth vase from around 1750, although it could just as easily be Delft. In any case, it's comparable to eighteenth-century blue-and-white gulglets or bottle vases from the Qing dynasty. I'm sure someone here can provide a definitive answer. Really beautiful anyway.

Thank you.  English delftware is definitely something I’m considering. 
I’m wondering, though, what features are leading you specifically toward English rather than Dutch?
I've found documented Dutch Delft garlic-necked/bottle vases from around 1700, so the garlic-neck form itself doesn’t seem to rule out Delft. 
The broken rim on mine also exposes a buff/yellow earthenware body beneath an opaque white glaze, which is consistent with traditional Delft manufacture, and the decoration appears to be hand-painted chinoiserie.
There is also a little family provenance that may or may not be relevant: it belonged to my Dutch grandparents.
I’d be very interested to know if there is something in the body shape, painting style, foot or neck decoration that particularly points you toward London/Bristol c.1750 rather than Dutch Delft c.1700-1750. I’m trying to learn what distinguishes the two.

I agree with Franky, it's English Delftware probably Bristol around 1750.
