Dear Smelo, This is an original Delft vase, 1690-1700 or even a bit earlier. A nice and interesting piece. Unfortunately the lid is missing.
Verdict:
Delftware
Analysis:

Only tin-glazed earthenware made in Delft between 1620 - 1850 is referred to as traditional Delftware.

This is a very beautiful, late 17th century vase. The model with the lion heads and guirlandes in relief is only seen on a limited number of objects. As Mr. Van Drecht mentioned, this vase would originally have had a cover, which sadly went missing. However like this you may make it into a lamp, without worrying where to store the cover. In the attached image, see a vase that we had years ago, but about half the size of big 😃
