This is a plate from De Porceleyne fles with the initial J & T under a bottle = Joost Thooft.

This plate was painted in 1922 by Mr. A.P. Guérain who painted from 1887 till 1938.

Hello,

The other initial is from Mr. J. v.
Lijnschoten (employed between 1889-1935).

The Dutchman on your plate is Frans Hals.

Kind regards, Patrick
