Hand painted multicolored vase

Vraag

I’m wondering if my vase is an original because I couldn’t find mark what is on the vase in the painter’s initials list.

This vase is made by "de Delftse Pauw", founded by Theo Van Tienen in 1954 after he left the "oud delft " factory.  Handpainted polychrome. A very nice peace of craftmanship but unfortunatly i don't know the painter.

I'm sure someone on this site will be able to tell you more about it.

Kind regards Franky

  • Hand-painted An important characteristic of authentic Delftware is that it is hand-painted. Printing techniques do not occur on this earthenware. Read more
  • Mark of a non-Delft pottery/factory The typical Delftware also inspires producers outside of Delft, but genuine Delftware has only been produced in Delft. Read more
