Your clock was clearly made in France and therefore not Dutch and certainly not Delft. It says "Delft" at the bottom as it is copied to Delft decor. This was a clock that was eagerly copied as it was in high demand at that time. Below is an example of an authentic one, made by the Porceleyne fles from Delft. Note the decor, the blue color which is cobalt , the detailed painting and the glaze.
