This vase was made by VLs (Velsen-Sassenheim) after Delft decor. This is also called Delft green. Delft pottery is not always blue but sometimes also green like here or red. The green and red are slightly less common. However, your vase is not authentic Delft, but it is hand-painted and in slightly rarer green. dated between 1954 and 1974. Here is an example of a comparable vase from the same period and the same factory.
