Is not hand-painted, but a plaque (screen print) and filés with brush on a table turntable, made at Plateelbakkerij Flora in Gouda, second half of the 20th century, greetings jvdh.

Is niet handgeschilderd maar plakplaat (zeefdruk) en filé’s met penseel op tafeldraaischijfje, gemaakt bij Plateelbakkerij Flora te Gouda, tweede helft 20e eeuw, groet jvdh.

As stated in your other shared piece :) With regards to whether this is a special piece: in general we can say that when a piece is not entirely handmade, it is because the production process was designed for serial if not mass production of a type of ceramic. Perhaps this gives you a bit of an idea
