Bowl with handles

2

Theirs is a bowl with blue handles. In the center is a vase with flowers. There are also many flowers painted around the wavy edges. On the back there are more flowers painted on each of the 4 sides. The marks are in the center of the bowl. My great uncle was in Amsterdam in the late 50’s or early 60’s and brought this back to my mother.

Vraag

I love this bowl but don’t know much about it. I have tried to research the markings but can’t seem to find anything that looks like the ones I have. I would just like to find out as much as I can about this cherished piece

This one was made at Velsen Sassenheim (VLs). it was active from 1942 to 2002 in Sassenheim. Previously, it was the Velsen art pottery factory. Your item is partly transfer technique and hand-painted. Probably made between 1970 and 1990.
