A little porcelain box with top

3

A little blue and white box for earrings or rings or similar items. Top has windmill on it. Botton says Delft and Holland and has a maker's mark with a crown and a C inside two olive branches curved to be an open circle.

Vraag

I am wondering what the maker's mark is? I'd like to look this up to learn anything about its history, origin, maker and value.
