This is from De Paauw (1651-1774) during the period of 1719 - 1725, a so-called lightning board, inspired by Chinese examples. The orange used on this plate suggests a date after 1720, as orange posed long-standing problems during the firing process. It wasn't until the first half of the 18th century that a solution was found.
