Hello,

It was made by Keramiekfabriek Velsen te Sassenheim, so it was made in Sassenheim. The factory used this trade mark after 1942 and judging from the craquelle I think it's produced around mid 20th century. N.T. will be the painter's inititials, I don't know who that belongs to though.
