I found it while traveling in the Netherlands. There are three spur marks on the inside of the plate.

Based on style, decoration and glaze;

Dutch, possibly Delft or from another Dutch city (such as Makkum or Harlingen).

Late 18th to early 19th century, possibly around 1780–1830.
The way in which the surroundings are painted – impressionistic and sketchy with brushstrokes – resembles the late Delft style or the work from other Dutch cities that imitated Delftware.

The style of the image : a woman in traditional costume with flowery decoration in blue on white wearing the cornucopia

On the underside there seem to be vague notches or signs, possibly a maker's mark or some kind of identification.

kind regards Franky

Dear Franky,

Thank you for your very detailed report.

Analysis:

  • Tin-glazed earthenware Earthenware with a glaze to which tin oxide has been added to make it opaque white. Delftware produced before 1850 is always covered with a tin glaze. Read more
  • Hand-painted An important characteristic of authentic Delftware is that it is hand-painted. Printing techniques do not occur on this earthenware. Read more
  • No mark visible No mark is visible in the photos. If it is present, please add some extra photos of the bottom or the back of the object.

Possibly Delft and 18th century in my opinion.
