Small teapot with lid and pillar-like warmer with a small "heater", probably for oil, in the bottom of the pillar. Blue, floral decorations. Signed underneath with a mark I can't find anywhere, and "Delft" and "Handpainted" obviously handpainted underneath with a double line above and a wavy line underneath

Vraag

This was found in a cupboard at my in-laws home. It is too late to ask where it came from, but my late father-in-law was Dutch. It was never used or displayed in the home, but kept stucked away. We would like to know more. Age? Production place? If hand-painted, the artist? We do not want to sell, but it would be good to know approximate value, if any.

We have also received feedback elsewhere that it may be early 1900 century. I know Delft-labels are put on earthenware from other places than Delft, including England. It must have been picked up by the family in the Netherlands and has been in the family for more than 70 years, perhaps longer. We hoped to get more detailed info, but it is still family heirloom anyway. Thank you for this information.
