Blue leaves and vines are dotted with red dots (berries?). Birds are in the front of the shoes topped by a flower with blue center and white petals outlined in gold. Blue leaves on much of shoes outlined in gold. Rims of shoes lined in gold; some of it worn away

Are these Delft shoes? I thought they might be Chinese so I have no idea. Whatever they are they are, I find them to be pretty!

Shoes are approximately an inch and a quarter high. Full height with ring is approximately 2 inches. Length is approxmiately 4 3/4 inches.

Thank you for your pictures. It makes me happy that you think that these little shoes are pretty! 

I believe this object was made of German porcelain.  I can't find the mark right now, but a lot of these type of objects were made in Germany around 1900. I think the ring suggests this is a small candle holder.  I hope this helps!  

Thank you so much for responding! Yes, it does help. I am hoping that the fact this is likely a candleholder will help me to identify it further. I have inherited a collection of shoes and have discovered that one was probably a pipe holder, another a match holder and another a perfume bottle. Really appreciate your help!
