I have not come across this handpainted version before, but I think it might be the mark of D.A.I.C., a producer of 'Delft Blue' consumer goods. Here you can find an example of the common mark, found stamped on other objects. Delft Blue here refers to the style of the object, not it's authenticity as antique Delftware.
