These plates have a date code with the letters AC, which corresponds to 1907, so indeed they were produced a couple of generations ago. They were produced at De Porceleyne Fles factory, known nowadays as Royal Delft. The company was founded in 1653 and continues to produce ceramics in the city of Delft. Recently the company procured the museum status and if you’re ever in the area it is a pleasure to go see the artisanal collection.
