It is a cat figurine with a hole at the back and the tail as a handle. It does not pour out anywhere though. It is marked on the bottom.

Is this Delftware and if so how old is it? What factory is it from if it is Delftware?

The mark on this cat is very funny, a big fat '?' – question mark. No, it is not a Delft cat, but I also don't think it is a creamer. Yes, you could fill it and it has a handle, but nowhere to poor from as far as I can tell. The colors look French and the date will be around 1900.

Thank you very much for your reply.  Yes you are correct in that you can fill it but it doesnt pour out any where. Im very curious as to what it was designed for. But thank you...you have given me some leads to search further afield.
