Hi Steven,

I think the plate is late 20th century transferware from South Africa, I have seen plates like yours before and they often originate from SA. There's not much information to be found on the company oude molen fabriek b.v.

Dear Steven, thank you for sharing the photos of your plate. The mark was unknown to me. Many thanks to Patrick for identifying it as Oude Molen Fabriek BV. As he already mentioned we also couldn't find any additional information on the history or location of this factory. Perhaps visitors of this website will share their knowledge with us in the future. Will keep an eye out! Great to hear these plates show up in South Africa.
